The rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new with great water pressure and Elemis toiletries and a great heating system, just what was needed.

Every staff member was amazingly kind and incredible. We spent 6 nights in double room with comfortable bed, Elemis toiletries plus a great heating system.

The place was high quality, we would happily return. Everything was perfect, enjoyed our real good stay. The staff that checked us in was fairly friendly and extremely polite. There were comfy beds and a safe box, central heating, and 

I had brand-new double room with Elemis toiletries, a great heating system, as example. The location was particularly good, close to a subway station and easy to find. It was close to a theatre and a palace too.  

Had a really good stay by 3 nights, everything was perfect. The most important was the stuff - very welcoming and amazingly kind people. Greatly enjoyed a safe box, central heating, and an ironing set in the room.

The rooms are brand-new and lovely sized, with central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. It has amazing, incredible setting, next to central London and Big Ben / Westminster Abbey.

In a hotel like this - stain is unacceptable.

Enjoyed the way our tastefully decorated double room on the upper floors was. A safe box, central heating, and an ironing set available were an advantage. The location was particularly good, next to Victoria.

We stay in double room quite often, it is brand-new and fashionable. The location is excellent, the staff is very pleasant. This is a hotel go-to for London!

Favourable location close to tourist spots, in the relatively quiet area. Very comfy beds, central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV in the room.
